In case if you lose your key, please do not try to remove the lock(s) using any lock removal tools as such tools are not permitted for the safety of all tenants' belongings and to avoid any damages to our doors and latches.
If there are damages to the latch and door, the cost to repair damages or replace parts will be added to your account, which is required to be paid within seven days.
