When You've Locked Yourself Out

In case if you lose your key, please do not try to remove the lock(s) using any lock removal tools as such tools are not permitted for the safety of all tenants' belongings and to avoid any damages to our doors and latches. 

If there are damages to the latch and door, the cost to repair damages or replace parts will be added to your account, which is required to be paid within seven days. 

Please reach out to facility management and we will help arrange a staff member or a licensed and insured locksmith that is approved by us to assist you. Thank you.

When You Find Your Unit Is Overlocked

If you were late on a payment and your unit is overlocked with a blue overlock. Please follow the following steps:

  • Please make your payment in full.
  • Go to https://choicestorage.overlockrelease.com/
  • Select the facility.
  • Enter your email or phone number on your account and you will receive a text message with the unlock code.
  • Remove the lock and use your own lock on your unit(s).
  • Return the blue lock to our office's white mailbox to avoid a $50 lock fee. If you are not using your own lock and/or the lock is not returned, there will be a lock rental fee charged monthly.
